I was reading in my monthly SELF magazine the other day about small ways that we can help underprivileged countries and learned that the Body Shop almost exclusively uses fair trade ingredients in their products- one main one being sesame oil they purchase in Nicaragua. Local farmers and the community benefits greatly with our simple purchase of a bottle of lotion. Way to go Body Shop! I might have to say goodbye to my Bath and Body Works...
